NATIONWIDE — Senator Susan Collins is teaming up with other state senators to introduce a bipartisan bill incentivizing domestic violence awareness training for cosmetologists.
The Supporting the Abused by Learning Options to Navigate Survivor (SALONS) Stories Act would train cosmetologists to recognize signs of domestic abuse within their clients.
